Shipping & delivery

FIFE Trip Collections are generally produced after artwork approval and completion of required payment.

Production vs. Shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated delivery timeline may include:

Artwork approval → garment sourcing → decoration → quality control → packaging → shipping

FIFE will provide estimated timing where practical.

Delivery Dates

Unless expressly guaranteed by FIFE in writing, delivery dates are estimates. Customers should not wait until immediately before a golf trip to place a custom order.

Shipping Address

The Trip Organizer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please review your shipping information before the order is dispatched. If you notice an error, contact FIFE immediately.

Group Orders

Unless otherwise agreed, FIFE may ship the entire Trip Collection to the Trip Organizer or other designated delivery location rather than shipping individually to each golfer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipping information may be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside FIFE's control may affect delivery. FIFE will reasonably assist customers in investigating lost or significantly delayed shipments but cannot guarantee carrier performance.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, photograph the packaging and products and contact FIFECLOTHINGSUPPORT@GMAIL.COM promptly.

International Orders

If FIFE offers international shipping, customers may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges or import fees unless FIFE expressly states otherwise. Availability and terms of international shipping may vary by destination.

Trip Deadlines

Tell FIFE your actual golf-trip date when submitting your collection. We may decline or modify a requested production schedule where we do not reasonably believe the order can be completed in time.
