Early Access

If you join FIFE Early Access, we may use the contact information you provide to communicate about FIFE launches, drops, Trip Collections and related updates, in accordance with applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.

Transactional communications relating to an active inquiry or order may still be sent where appropriate.

Service Providers

FIFE may use third parties to operate parts of our business, such as:

• apparel suppliers;
• decorators;
• shipping providers; and

Payment Information

Artwork and Group Information

Trip Organizers should only provide personal information about other group members that they are authorized to provide for the purpose of fulfilling the Trip Collection. FIFE will use such information for the purposes associated with the order and other purposes permitted by law.

Consent

Where consent is required, FIFE will seek consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances. You may withdraw consent where permitted by law, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services.

Retention

FIFE will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting or business requirements.
