Final Approval

Before approving this collection, please carefully review:

• spelling;
• trip name;
• destination;
• dates/year;
• names and nicknames;
• slogans;
• logos;
• Trip Number;
• garment colour;
• garment quantities;
• garment sizes;
• artwork;
• decoration locations; and
• overall design.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

I confirm that I have the rights, licences or permissions reasonably necessary for FIFE to reproduce any logos, names, graphics, photographs, slogans or other materials I have supplied for this order.

I authorize FIFE and its production partners to reproduce those materials solely as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture and fulfill this Trip Collection and otherwise as agreed.

Mockup Acknowledgement

I understand that digital mockups are visual representations of the intended design.

Minor differences may occur in physical production because of garment construction, screen reproduction, embroidery, printing and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Sizes and Quantities

I confirm that I have reviewed the submitted quantities, colours and sizes.

I understand that customized garments may not be returnable or exchangeable solely because an incorrect size or personalization was submitted, subject to applicable law.

Production Authorization

By selecting APPROVE FOR PRODUCTION, I confirm that I have reviewed the final proof and authorize FIFE to proceed with production based on the approved specifications.
